You can take the train but you have to change once so I prefer the bus also because it’s more comfortable.  You take it from the Tiburtina station and it stops in front of the train station, just ask to bus driver to get off there.  When you exit you cross the square and enter inside the mall in front. There you start to take the escalators all the way up to the street above. You exit from there and then you turn right and you will see Hotel Italia on the left side of the first traffic light - it' s very easy and it takes around 10 minutes.

西恩那，上面是飯店告訴我們怎麼到達的信件，就是要搭手扶梯，一直往上，一直往上，一直往上，然才可以到大街上，應該搭了有5分鐘以上，原來這是一個建在三個丘陵地上的中世紀古城，在這我們一掃羅馬的疲累及失望，在這的人們真的比較友善，餐廳也平價許多，是一個中途可以好好休息的小鎮。

Gnocchi 義大利版的麵疙瘩

晚上找了間餐廳，吃到我覺得在義大利吃到最好吃的竟然是義大利版的麵疙瘩Gnocchi，牛排也是很大塊很好吃。身心都充份的得到休息了。

早上去爬了有500階的塔，愈往上爬階梯就愈小，最後真的是只能給一個人通過，差一點就感覺到有密室幽閉症的感覺。到塔頂後，看一看著名的扇型廣場，話說這廣場竟然可以拿來賽馬用，所以大街上三不五時都可以看到栓買的勾子，這點倒是蠻特別的。還可以遠眺四方高起的丘陵，就可以知道這真的是蓋在山上的城市了。

這裡市中心的房子天花板都是拱型狀的，看起來就是超厚實的樣子。這裡真的是一個從羅馬到佛羅倫斯中間最好的休息站。小小的市中心，善良的人們，悠閒的西恩那。

20150620~30義大利國鐵罷工之有趣規定

在搭義大利國鐵前，就有聽聞跟台鐵一樣，兩家是姐妹鐵啊，有準點才奇怪，車站裡一樣沒有閘門，買實體車票的話要自己找機器打上時間，不然車上被查票就會被罰錢，但若是網路上買的話，會寄PDF檔到email，只要出示電子票券PDF就夠了，不用去現場領票這點其實還蠻方便的，一開始我以為還是得到現場用機器取票，但操作老半天就是沒有看到取票的選項，後來問了路人跟票務人員才確定電子票券不用印出來沒錯。這點是比台鐵還要進步啊~

其實蠻建議網路上購買的，我們台灣的信用卡才可以接受，現場買票的機器不接受台灣的信用卡，因為我們的信用卡沒有pin code可以輸入。二來也可以免去現場排隊的麻煩，一到車站直接上車就好了。

簡單的來說，就是雖然他們罷工，但是在尖峰時間，一到六的06:00 到09:00 跟 18:00 to 21:00他們一定會開車，還有長途的車也會開，因為法律有規定他們這段時間內一定要開車，這個在希臘也是一樣。而且他們罷工會有時間表，這樣子旅客就可以避開這些日期，其實蠻貼心的啦~哈。不過義大利人真的是不太守規矩，他們會在火車廁所偷偷抽煙..... 真是個神奇的國家，亂亂的，但人家還是七大工業國之一啊。
