食譜:鮪魚三明治

簡單又美味的營養早餐,每個人都可以輕鬆完成

工具:大同電鍋,鍋子(煮馬鈴薯用),餐巾紙一張

材料:瑞穗鮮奶土司,馬鈴薯1顆,洋蔥半顆,,雞蛋兩顆,,鮪魚罐頭,玉米粒,

萵苣數片,牛頭紅蕃茄1顆,開水

步驟:

1.馬鈴薯削皮切片,厚度小於2cm,比較好煮熟.鍋子裝開水加一點鹽巴,

煮滾後,將馬鈴薯片放入,煮至馬鈴薯輕壓即碎,將馬鈴薯取出放涼搗碎.(A)

2.餐巾紙打沾溼,直接鋪在電鍋外鍋,雞蛋放上去,按下電源,待電源自動跳

起,再等待五分鐘後,把蛋取出泡在冷水當中,會比較容易去殼.

去殼後,將蛋切丁(B).

3.洋蔥半顆放入碗中,中火微波2分鐘,切丁(C)

4.A~C所有材料及鮪魚,玉米粒酌量一起攪拌成為內餡.

5.萵苣洗淨數片,蕃茄切片.土司烤熱後,將內餡塗上,萵苣,蕃茄依序

放上,立即完成鮪魚三明治.


以上內餡可以搭配七片土司(瑞穗鮮奶吐司一包)使用.

可搭配川燙蔬菜,荷蘭豆,玉米粒,紅色甜椒,即是色香味聚全之早餐.

日本大阪京都櫻花行-行前規劃(4)訂機票

機票大概從2008的11月底我就開始問,一直等到2009年2月2,機加酒的行程

才出現.於是從2/3~2/6開始我又密集的請旅行社幫我搶票,因為通常個人

機票的量非常少,都被團進團出的給先佔住了,往往我們都會看到廣告上打

出很便宜的票,但是通常都是看的到吃不到,不然就是晚出早回的那種,等於

要多浪費一個整天在交通上,所以多個兩三千,可以訂到時間比較漂亮的,早

出晚回的那種,我覺得是比較值得的.這次訂票我才終於搞懂,機票明明都是

經濟艙,為什麼還有分甚麼K等,C等之類的,原來這種就是買票或是候補的優

先順序,不同等的,順序不一樣,價錢也不一樣.

所以這次每張票多加300元,就可以排的到票,不加錢的話候補就不知道等多

久.這次買到的是長榮機加酒三天兩夜住喜來登(五星),機票是14天的旅遊票

,並且每人送一張大阪周遊一日卷,含稅金(2000元),一個人是18400,算是蠻

划算的了,

日本大阪京都櫻花行-行前規劃(3)預算表

住宿費用方面,若是附衛浴的一個人一個晚上費用大約逼近

2000元(加上最近台幣又貶),若是共用衛浴的一個人一個晚

上大約是1200上下,價差大概800左右,若是比照飯店,我們

在大阪訂到的飯店若是續住一晚的話,一個人的費用是3340

.我列個表給你們看,一個人一個晚上的價錢,以台幣計價

目前我們訂到票的支出是18400元左右,要另外加上這六個晚

上的住房費用,其他當地支出還有交通費(預估NT 10000)

與餐費(預估NT10000)及門票(預估NT5000),

門票 5000 <==這個我有高估了一點,應該不
需要這麼多,或許3250內就可以搞定
我們主要都是去風景區,不會去遊樂
園,我查了一些我們可能會去的地方
,門票大約是NT250,最多我們一天
去兩點,所以大約去13個點,只會少
不會多,250*13=NT3250元

餐費 10000 <==我預估一個人一天花
NT1200*8=9600,這個前提是我們
都吃外面,沒有自己煮

以上費用目前總和 43400元 <==這部份很多我以日幣換算台幣時
都有直接用整數去算,比如說算出來是
NT222的我就直接算成NT250,所以
實際上應該會低於43400元.


以下是我們在京都六天的住宿,大約估出來的價錢,這次費用就是

43400加上以下看我們要選擇住那一個住宿.

有附房內衛浴的民宿 2000* 6晚 =12000+43400=55400
普通飯店 3500 *6晚 =21000+43400=66400

以上全部費用就是落在50600~66400之間(消費卷3600可以抵5000,所

以就是在扣掉1400元的意思),以上我沒有把買紀念品算進來.

這次是要去日本看櫻花,所以最重要的就是要預測櫻花何時開,

才不會只看到綠葉或是看到滿地花,這時資料的搜尋就很重要

了,開花的日期決定了訂機票的日期,日本開花氣象廳會在2或

3月做第一次預報,但訂機票總不能到那時才訂,個人票幾乎

在過完農曆年,好的時段就被搶光了,通常比較保險的作法是,

訂兩段票,到時情報出來時,在決定退掉哪一段票,還沒開票前,

不需要付錢,並且這兩段票,要不同家航空公司,不然不會讓你

日本大阪京都櫻花行-行前規劃(1)前言

是的,你沒看錯,我的紐西蘭遊記還沒寫完,我今年又打算去日本大阪

京都賞櫻花了!這證明我是個很有行動力的人,所以遊記還沒寫完就

繼續往下個點邁進!但是這是行前規劃的紀錄,所以隨時都會在更動

,也就是這是進行式的一個紀錄!

這把 是我的小提琴

92年9月 我送給我自己的生日禮物

那年,是我開始工作的第一年,第一個

月的薪水,就拿來買了這把琴,我親手

挑選的.琴會去挑主人,這把琴的聲音

就很像我.穿透力很強,簡單的來說,就

是聲音很強,又傳得遠(笑~).





畢業後才開始學小提琴,而且是跑回大

學的社團,冒充新生,認識了中壢愛好音

樂的朋友們.跟一位目前是專業小提琴

老師的朋友,學了一年半,很有趣的一個

人,叫函及,我們都說他是世上唯一會拉

琴的函及.





94年6月 我還跟著社團的人,參

加期末弦樂社的發表!節目單上

有寫上我的名字龍飛!音樂會上,

拉全音的時候,大家的音準就不

太一樣,拉半音的時候就更慘了,

所以大家想了一個好方法,讓一

個人拉半音就好了,那個人就是我,因為我的琴最大聲~

看一下四年前的我(左圖),果真比較年輕(嘆~歲月).

皮曩會隨著歲月老去,但氣質會隨著歲月增長(右圖)

這句話果真沒錯!

因小提琴而認識的朋友們

我們還會因音樂而再相聚的






間斷了三年的小提琴,在這三年我跑去做鋼琴夢了,這又是另一段故事了,

98年2月14日,我又與我的小提琴在情人節這天重逢了,這次不會再有人拆

散我與它的感情了,我一直以為,我已經忘了如何把小提琴擁在懷裡,溫柔的

用弓與它呢喃細語,沒想到在這一天,我的手與肩都還記得曾經與它一起的

時光,我又回想起來了!
